I am a PhD student in Computer Science at ETH Zurich, funded externally by IBM Research Zurich, and jointly supervised by Andreas Krause and Abbas Rahimi. My research focuses on improving the computational efficiency of foundation models in the context of automated discovery over large discrete spaces, such as the space of algorithms. To that end, I am both interested in more efficient algorithms for exploration as well as deep learning architectures.
