Since 2023, I am part of the Learning & Adaptive Systems (LAS) group led by Prof. Andreas Krause, and the Digital Chemistry Laboratory (DCL) group led by Prof. Kjell Jorner. From 2021-2023, I was at IBM Research Zurich in the Computational Systems Biology (CSB) group led by Dr. Maria Rodriguez Martinez. I am also part of the Institute for Machine Learning and the ETH AI Center. Before, I worked with Regina Barzilay and Connor Coley as a Master student at MIT.
My research focuses on geometric deep learning and generative models (in particular diffusion models and their connections to optimal control theory) with applications to structural biology and chemistry. Example recent problems I worked on include modelling structural changes in proteins using Schrödinger Bridges, and multi-scale representation learning on proteins.
